I liked that it was not a chain. I didn't like contactless check in. The broken gates. The door was open when I got there UNLOCKED. There was only one lock. No bar to prevent people from coming in. Felt unsafe. Their were holes in the sheets. And SMOKING in the courtyard for the bar. Personally I wish I'd paid for a crappy Beat Western instead. This place is good for single males. Or couples who just want to stay in that area.

Never did find / get the WiFi password. And somehow the AC was on a timer so when we left for the day the 1 night and came back the whole room was super damp. Was able to figure it out after the fact to keep the unit running during the day. I sent one message via the app to the hotel and very got a response.

Really nothing There was no checkin I had to ask a bartender. Then the air was not working and it was loud. I reached to the property via phone and text no respond. There was no one there at the property. I left and cancel. I had to spend money at another property. Waste of money. This was not fair at all.

Great location, good parking, and fantastic room. Fun bar downstairs with regular Events/community

Checking in was easy with the access code provided however it was not clear upon reserving a room that it is virtual check in and no front desk. There was a parking lot to use across the street but if you forget to return the pass back to the room then you are charged $100…. That’s very inconvenient. The hallway where our room was had a very musty/ mildew odor. The room was very cute. Cleanliness was not very good. There was food in the fridge that hadn’t been cleaned out. The large tub did not appear to be the most clean. The bathroom was clean enough but there was only hand soap and lotion provided. No shampoo or body wash/soap. Overall I would not recommend staying here. It was not worth the price

The room is very attractive and comfortable. The location was just a couple minutes walk from the 5 Spot where we enjoyed fabulous live music (Guthrie Trapp). The managers of Reunion practice false advertising regarding free parking. Despite emphasizing free parking on booking.com, they charge $29.30 ($25 + tax and fees). These fees are not disclosed until one clicks on a link in a check-in text sent on the day of arrival. All communication with Reunion is via text, and they ghosted me when I asked direct questions about the discrepancy of having to pay a parking fee when they state it is free. The room itself, and the location, were very nice. I recommend the room, but I find the false advertising and lack of communication unacceptable.

The on site support and communication was absent the entire time I was there. I reached out multiple times about a missing amenity from my room and never heard a response. The room was also very loud with music going on outside until 4am on the weekend.

Great location in East Nashville. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and brewpubs. It is close enough to the on-property bar that you can hear the music, but it wasn’t too loud.

There's no bellman to help with luggage. Older couples or travelers needing someone to take their bags to their room will be disappointed. The room needed a long dresser to put stuff on. I like to put my clothes in a dresser but my family likes to live out of their suitcase. There wasn't a closet to hang clothes.

The room was big and nice view. The tv didn't work at all. the door was hard to open bc it was stuck. I had to use my shoulder to get in. Furniture was outdated and parking pass was hard to find. Parking was horrible. I saw no staff, didn't know where to check in. When i tried to call, there was no answer when i called or returned text.

LOVED the location. Room was cute, shower was great, bed was comfortable. Parking was confusing at first, we had to ask the bartender to help us figure it out. I wish there would have been hangers in the room, and the lighting in the bathroom was hard to get ready (makeup)

The bed was comfortable. The shower leaked out on the floor very easily. The noise from the bar was really not an issue, but the noise from the adjoining room was ridiculous, you could hear their conversations. When we messaged the property the day before, we never got any response and they didn't pick up their phone. The door to our room locked but no other door onto the property were locked. One door was propped open. This is definitely a safety concern.

It was very very cold. When we got in we followed the instructions to turn on the heat but it never came on. We thought maybe it needed to work on warming coils so we left it on on 80 degrees while we went to a concert and when we returned it was still about 56 degrees in the room. If you have mixed company and don't want to shower with them do not book the Deluxe King because the shower is in the room with a mirror conveniently place reflecting the shower for the room to see. Its purfect for a couple who needs two king size beds. We only stayed one night so we opted to not take showers until we returned home. They give a code for the key pad to enter the outside door into access the room doors and the code uses the only number on the pad that is missing. I guess its good that the door doesn't lock, lol. With the lack of parking behind the building, we lost our parking spot after paying and parking for about 6.5 hours and the other lot that accepts their parking pass it a lil bit of a walk away. Unfortunately my back was hurting and we had to pay again at the lot directly beside the hotel so I know the parking is all my fault for having bulging disc's and standing for 5 hours and we should have not gone to get food after the concert at 11pm so we wouldn't lose the parking spot and booking the room was again my fault for only looking at all the pictures and not realizing the room I booked was a communal room for everyone to share. We will probably not stay here again, atleast not in cold weather and not in the deluxe king room.

It was a cute little room and was clean. The communication by text was on par. The room had two king size beds and was a tiny room. The pictures advertised were not what I expected walking into our room. It was attached to a bar and was loud by surrounding tenants (a Wednesday). At 3 in the morning, all I could hear was chairs moving through the ceiling. It wasn’t fun and I got hardly any sleep. It was very hot in the room even with the AC on. The door to the two first level rooms, was so loud when it shut too. I could hear the neighbors coming and going.

Location This is a false advertisement. This is not a hotel with a bar on the ground floor, but a few rooms inside a bar for short-term rent. My room on the 1st floor opens directly to the back patio of the bar with the only window open to the it. The bar blasts music in the evening past midnight. My room also sits directly underneath a rooftop deck so I can hear noise when people walking up and down the metal stair to get to the deck and squeaky noise of moving furniture. Major issue with the electronic door lock. The door lock is not user friendly at all. In my case it’s broken. I took me an hour to open the door massaging with the hotel manager back and forth. Then the door doesn’t lock when I leave the room. The bar staff are friendly but not much help when it comes to the lock. At the end, the lock issue was not resolved as the hotel manager didn’t respond to my message. In addition, all gates to the property are open 24/7. The bar customers have access to my room. It doesn’t feel safe despite 24hr surveillance.

It’s was a nice room but the door lock code wasn’t working properly so I didn’t stay there. The location

Eggdrip across the street is the best! East Nashville was a great spot for us to walk around and enjoy more leisurely attitudes than downtown. The Reunion Bar is also great, esp during their 4 hour happy hour. Staff for the hotel are not on site but were very prompt when responding to inquiries and had solutions immediately.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Needed coffee and tissues in room.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Location adequately met my needs. TV didn't work, noisy, room smelled like cannabis, lock to room suites was broken, heat and air was questionable / gave up trying to regulate the room temperature, on site parking was full requiring me to park off site in the adjacent residential neighborhood for the duration of my stay. Rooms are located off the service court of the restaurant/bar and accessed through the service alley.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Noise , it is not a place to rest . Music is loud until 2am in the hotel bar an you can hear from the room . The bathroom cleaning should improve . Security could be better , all access doors from the street were opened. The security box did not worked .
