Lighting in the bathroom was not great. Room smelled a little musty

I LOVE THE NASH! Although it has some construction going on since it was recently converted to The Nash from prior hotel, its awesome. Great employees, lots of little touches (tokens for free coffee/cocktails), cushy robes in room, LARGE rooms, cocktails are great. I’ve stayed at a LOT if hotels in Nashville and its at top of my list for value

Conveniently located within two blocks of TPAC. Low, subdued lighting in the room and bathroom.

Decor Mattress and toilet door.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great room that was very comfortable. We appreciated the friendly staff and all the accommodations that were provided during our stay. Our only complaint was that we came during construction , however, we understand that at times it is necessary in order to keep the property in good shape.

Location was great. Property was miss-marketed as having a rooftop pool that turned out to be closed for refurbishment. Booking.com claimed the hotel hadn’t informed them and that I would receive compensation, but 3 weeks after my stay, nothing has been forthcoming. The hotel blame booking.com and booking.com blame the hotel.

Great staff. Very friendly.

Very disappointing

The hotel is not ready for guests. It will be nice and eventually. The pool (which is why I booked this particular hotel) was not open. The construction on the building didn’t woke me early.

We can’t rave enough about The Nash! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable and inviting! Amazing customer service. The attention to every detail given here goes above and beyond! We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville!!
-
Loved the entire experience however the hotel was in the process of a remodel which limited access to some of the amenities. Staff was amazing, hotel is beautiful. Only blocks from Nissan Stadium and Broadway (easy walk to both).

Wonderful property, would happily stay again.

Very good
-
Loved location in more historic side of Nashville with lots of great restaurant options! Directly across from hotel is covered shopping area which was perfect!
-
Good room and location No internet or tv working
-
Very updated and stylish boutique hotel 5 min walk to Broadway for all the action quiet and clean nice staff

I was told by the staff the bar and restaurant will be closing soon for renovations and they will serve a limited menu out of the cafe starting soon. Listed construction hours at 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Over all carpet cleanliness and dust on all mirrors and light fixtures just not what I expect in a suite. The bed was on an oversized plywood platform and just hooked cheap and unfinished. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and impractical. The TV in the bedroom hangs almost over the bed as do the light fixtures we repeatedly bumped into both. I have never stayed at an Opal property before and it will probably be awhile before I try them again.

Great atmosphere and vibes will definitely come back again

We had reservations. They cancelled and gave us walking papers to the Westin (which is a lot further from the event). The walking papers said the room at the Westin would be complimentary however The Nash is still charging us almost $400 through booking.com. The Westin double charged us for parking but can’t help us until the manager of the valet can look into it. Horrible experience all around.

The Nash was awesome! The only thing that I didn’t like was the ugly scarves they make all their employees wear, especially the roof top bartenders. They are going to be sweating when things warm up down there.
