Staff was so unbelievably nice, helpful, and friendly. I’m terrible at names but literally everyone was wonderful. I had a tampon emergency and the lady at the front desk in the lobby handed me 4 tampons, for free! Made my night. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Cold AC and hot showers. Very happy with our stay and would stay again if in the area. Prices were pretty good too. Did not get to try the bar unfortunately but the surrounding areas had lots to do. Great stay!

The hotel itself was nice. Location to downtown was good. Breakfast was really good and the staff at breakfast were great. Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. $50 per day plus tax. We stayed a total of 32 hours at the hotel and paid $116 in parking fees! Probably consider another hotel when we’re in Nashville again.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Manager was unresponsive.I changed my stay from 2 nights to 1 night, informed them on the first night itself via booking.com, who contacted the hotel. There was no response. I was billed for both nights. The hotel claimed Booking.com should have adjusted the bill it at their end.

The area around was close enough to the downtown area loved that there was a 7/11 near the hotel to stock up on essentials

Everyone was super kind and helpful. Valet service was wonderful. Be aware that the cost of valet parking is a bit misleading on the posted prices. Expected about $80 but was nearly $200
