The property is in an amazing location, Right next to Ushcar Castle. It also has amazing, magical views. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we felt very safe. Hard to say, but my only complaint was our room did not have a window so it was very dark and hard to gauge when it was night/morning. But I did sign up to sleep in a cave!

It was such an amazing experience we had. The view from the hotel and our room was just spectacular. We could watch the balloons early in the morning. We had a wonderful terrace overlooking Uchisar Castle. Uchisar is the best location to stay in Cappadocia region and our experience in the hotel was speechless. I stayed there with my partner and we had an unfortunate incident during our stay. I lost my gold necklace and my partner lost some cash. We are almost 100% sure that this happened during our stay at the hotel, however, we don't want to accuse anyone without any evidence.

Dynamic pricing as we wanted to stay another night but the price for the room was changing online. Hotel reception is not always manned. Some natural ceiling sand and grit was falling from the ceiling.
-
The cleanliness and the staff courtesy , very helpful and informative about things to do and advised rightly I loved it nothing not to like about

Everything was great, location is right in the caves away from the main town
-
Excellent, huge rooms, tastefully decorated, location is excellent away from main town n right in the caves

Parking as well as locating the hotel (using Google Maps) was a little difficult.

Location, staff and breakfast. Leaving

The place looks unassuming from outside but is wonderful inside. The helpful staff gave us a free upgrade of our rooms. The stone rooms were beautiful with an outstanding view and lovely bathroom. Location was great, right beside Uchisar castle. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast overlooking the castle Parking was a little confusing - you have to use nearby car parks but it was unclear whether they were free for hotel guests

Exceptional

It was a great location with a view of Uchisar Castle right in front of me, but the sewage smell in the room bothered me.

Great location, wonderful staff. The view from the room was better than I could have imagined. Breakfast was a treat and always more than enough to eat. I would highly recommend eating in the restaurant in the evening, the food was delicious. Local shops and more restaurants walking distance. The room was freshened every morning, and staff were always on hand to ask if you needed anything. I will definitely be returning :)

Very peaceful, great breakfast

Excellent location, friendly staff. And you’re sleeping in a cave! Staff was super helpful, even setting up our balloon trip for us. Not a huge fan of Nescafé. Had to park the car in the town square.

The Staff was always available( receptionist really works hard, he does everything , including serving your breakfast ). The Room was very good. Breakfast was good too. -Bathroom doesn’t have heater and in winter this is really cold. -To access the room you need to do 2 staircases which not ideal with luggages. ( the staff is willing to help you)

good breakfast and fantastic location. the views from the terrace were best in the surrounding.Right next to the castle. the steps to the bed are too steep in the cave room. danger of falling down for elderly and kids while coming down.
