Hotel in a picturesque spot under the Uchisar castle overlooking Pigeon Valley. Owners and stuff are very nice and helpful, very responsive to requests and gave us very useful local tips. Hotel is clean, comfortable beds. Kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. We were upgraded to a better room because they've had a cancellation and we had a toddler (we stayed in the "cave room" first night which was also not a problem). Description said that free _private_ parking is possible on site which was not the case. And it is not the case for most of the hotels on in the "old town" area. There were free of charge parking spots in front of the hotel on the street (which we used with no problems).

My Story Cave Hotel was exceptional for us. Our room was clean and smelled very nice. The location is also very good, almost in the middle of the town, which makes it easy to reach attractions like Uçhisar Castle by walking. A nice turkish breakfast was served. The staff was also very nice and accommodating and even stored our luggage for free when our departure time was later than the check out time. If you want to experience the magic of Uçhisar, My Story Cave Hotel is definitely the answer.

The room was big, nice and well oriented to see Goreme. The roof top was a lovely place for breakfast and to rest with a nice view. Staff very kind. There were not free bycicle.

My Story Cave Hotel was a delightful stay and I would highly recommend it and would be happy to return to it in the future. My first cave-dwelling experience and spotting a cockroach or two just made it more authentic and did not spoil the experience! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating to late check-in. Breakfast was unreal! Including a thoughtful takeaway breakfast the host helped to prepare before the kitchen's normal opening time, as I had an early transit to the airport. The host also helped to arrange last-minute alternative plans when my prearranged balloon ride plans were canceled (p.s. bad weather had caused balloons not to be able to go up. Most companies will not inform you of this until the day before the event so you could be left making last-minute plans as I and others in the area had to). The Hotel is right next to Uchisar Castle which could very well complete your story of a fairytale adventure. Having one of the most spectacular views from the hilltop. P.s. Weather is a key factor in this trip so keep a better look out for it while planning the trip than I did.
