Excellent front desk staff and hospitality

We celebrated our 24th anniversary and Jessica was wonderful providing us with a bottle of champagne and a room upgrade! It was a very nice gesture that made our experience even better! We loved our stay and a friendly staff and close proximity to everything! Would definitely stay again!

The room was nicely updated and well maintained and clean. The breakfast at Burgerology was very good. And the staff was extremely courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure all was good.

This was a repeat stay for me. The hotel is conveniently located near subway stops and nearby a convenience store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-kept and clean. Additionally, the hotel is quiet; you cannot hear other guests, which was helpful since I was traveling with kids this time.

Ok but very expensive. There are many hotels at better price closeby

Hotel was in middle of Manhattan. The rooms are not sound proof so get a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the streets. The shower had good pressure and was clean

Upon checking into the room, we observed that it had not been serviced, the blinds were in disrepair, and the USB ports were damaged. Consequently, we had to request a room change, which was an unsatisfactory experience.
