Not a family friendly hotel though my family had a great time. Forgot that there are two clubs below. Couldn’t use the pool because of private party and pool times for kids to use were 8am-10am them 6pm-8pm. Otherwise a super cool hotel and great area.

Excellent!

Pool seats are too pricey

I've stayed in a lot of Hotels in new York city, this was by far the worst... the rooms were outdated, the pool was moldy, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room, no coffee maker, nothing... but it does seem to be a party hotel so maybe I was in the wrong place.

Good location, friendly staff and solid gym compared to other hotel gyms. The breakfast was average but there are lots of options close by so that wasn't an issue. The big issue was the fire alarm that went off 2 out of the 5 nights i was there and was followed by a big brother style loudspeaker announcement telling everyone that everything was fine. This was at about 5 in the morning! I'm sure that was a once-off event so can't be too harsh, but it's the reason for only giving 3 stars

Amazing hotel, staff, location, pool… all good stuff and more! Thank you!!!

I previously was going to stay at margaritaville time square but encountered unprofessional service. I booked here and everyone made our stay amazing. We appreciate you all and so glad we came here instead . The beds were so comfortable and had a sofa in room also . Definitely recommend this hotel !

Everything was good except they didn’t have the room I booked. I booked a balcony room but was told the system was acting up and didn’t reserve the correct room. Manager offered drink vouchers and hotel points to accommodate the situation.

Good location, clean room, rooms were small. Staff very accommodating.

Stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday at a nearby restaurant. Great rooms, super friendly staff (except the pool waitress), front desk gave my wife and I drink tickets and upgraded our room. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Staff was very customer oriented. My room was not quite ready. The manager assisted the person in finding a room that was ready and could be assigned to me.

Bellman was very helpful Very disappointed in my stay. I expected much better for the price. - The shower screams a high pitched sound when i ran the hot water, so for my entire showers - You’d expect with how much i’m paying, for doordash orders to come to my door and not require me to go down to the lobby - Request service button in the room did nothing - The conditioner and body wash bottle heads were plainly broken, so you couldn’t pump either. Had to order more from the store since the service button didn’t work

From the reviews on Hotels.com this hotel was rated a 8.0. The hotel was terrible, the TV did not work and the staff were terrible. It was very unsanitary, it smelled and the beds had hair in them. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. It was very disgusting and I am very disappointed.

First time staying at Dream and I enjoyed it and would recommend. Staff was helpful at check in and the hotel has a cool hip vibe. Room was a good size, AC was flowing cold upon entering and the pool view was nice. Service and food at pool restaurant also were great.

The hotel it’s great for the night life. You have many options around. Loved the pool concept and the roof top is always a plus. They messed up my reservation tho, I booked for a pool view either balcony, when I arrived they said they were sold out on those. They tried making it up with some free drinks, but definitely ruined our experience.

The personnel were very professional and very helpful. I stayed at the Dream Hotel on 16th St. a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, this time the Dream turned out to be a nightmare. Unfortunately, there was very little follow-through and my room wasn’t cleaned for three of the four days in my stay. Housekeeping did not follow up on my request with the front desk to remake my bed, clean up the room and bring new towels. I was very disappointed with the follow-through.

Great location, fun hotel vibe. Would stay here again.
