The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around Manhattan while still offering a comfortable place to return to after a busy day. The room was surprisingly quiet, which is not always easy to find in New York City, and we appreciated being able to relax and get a good night's sleep. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Melvin E., who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His hospitality and attention to detail were truly appreciated and helped make our visit memorable. We also enjoyed two meals at the Bellhop Restaurant during our stay, and both were wonderful. The food, service, and overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return the next time we're in New York City. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff were amazing. We arrived early and because I am a Marriott Bonvoy member they said they could waive the early check in fee. The room was a nice size and very clean. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee in the room. We stayed in an accessible room. Check out was a breeze. Location was great since we were seeing a show on Broadway that evening. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious for 2 people. It was quiet. If people would not slam their doors, it would have been nicer. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our concert at MSG and getting around. Lots of eateries and stores within walking distance. We walked to and from the train station with ease.
