Staff was very helpful, and room was clean. Close to restaurants and a Burger King and Wing Stop

A/C worked after engineer visited.

This hotel was well located and egg to check in and out. The staff was kind and helpful.

Location, cleanliness, comfort of the rooms, pricing. Booking.com seems to have some deceptive, confusing booking practices. I booked a 'standard' room with 2 double beds (I was traveling with my elderly father for his dr appt in the city) on booking.com. I was surprised upon arrival to be given a room with one king sized bed. Apparently in booking.com parlance, 'standard' room means regardless of the specs you book and think you're paying for, the hotel just gives you whatever room they have available at the time. Interesting definition of 'standard.' We were stuck with no other options. I ended up having to inconvenience my family who live nearby in a cramped apartment while my father stayed in the room I did not specify in my reservation.

Room was clean. Exercise room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked. I would go back.

Cleanliness I felt unsafe walking outside the hotel in the evening. Lobby smelled of sicking floral disinfectant, and desperate need for upgrading. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each, and I had to argue with hotel staff who finally agreed to give us only 1 room with 2 beds.

Overall the hotel is clean, staffs, specialty housekeepers are nice. It’s convenient location for other things. However, I couldn’t sleep well every single night because the air conditioning is too loud.

The hotel should use a different air refresher. It stinks in the lobby with cheap perfume. W couldn’t wait to get out of the lobby. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping does a great job with cleaning the rooms.

The staff were amazing!!

This is a pretty big hotel located in lower Manhattan, close to the East River and several metro stations. Decent size rooms for NYC. Comfy beds. The area is not the best possible, there is no parking at the hotel.

The location. There was building work going on which was not mentioned on the website. Drilling next to our room! Check-in took ages as rooms weren’t ready and we were consequently put in a smaller room. The receptionist took phone calls whilst she was serving us.

Location is great. Subway is 2 min away. Paying $2xx-3xx/night for a small room. And the hotel was under renovation with so much noise during daytime but was not warned when booking

Andre was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the margaritas were reasonable and good in the Cantina.

Housekeeping was available daily, although there were no water bottles, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room, which we had already expected. The hotel lobby felt old and somewhat untidy. Additionally, the water dispenser in the lobby was broken for 3 out of the 6 days of our stay. The aircon was too old and too noisy. We also requested to store our luggage at the hotel for one night while we traveled to another town, but this was declined due to space constraints.

Great location for visiting NYC. The actual facilities could use a refresh. Our room was tiny. Too small for a rollaway bed to fit. The bathroom fixtures needed repair. The bed frame stuck out at the foot of the bed by a foot creating a tripping or injury hazard. The hot water dispenser in the common area didn’t work.
