MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail hour while we were there for hotel guest only and we were surprised to have martinis on the cocktail hour menu. Everything was a five star in my mind.

Loved the hotel, staff & restaurant! Corner room 3E view was blocked by medal grating on trim which trapped noisy pigeons and the shade in the shower was broken. The outside trim prevented enjoying any kind of view. Last time I stayed in March, I loved the view and that was one of the reasons I selected this hotel again.

Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good .

The most incredible stay. Room/ staff/ swan room all amazing!!!!

I chose this hotel for its design and it did not disappoint. The room was beautiful, spacious, the bed very comfortable. You can see the attention to detail by everything that’s provided in the room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I felt very taken care of. The breakfast is a la carte and was truly delicious and had some healthy options (and this comes from a very picky person). Some days I was in a rush and wished to there was a buffet, but still it was worth the wait especially in such a gorgeous room. The location was great, there are three subway stations nearby - one within just a 3min walk, and the other two within 10. I thought it will be a quiet area with nothing going on, but there were plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops, and really good ones! I really enjoyed my stay, highly recommend. I’m not a fan of having only a rain shower and have to bend around the shower not get my hair wet. Wish there was a regular shower head as well, but maybe this is typical in the US.
