the Staff was great

It’s a great home base for both work and exploring the city, with easy access to restaurants, museums, transit, and Midtown. I also appreciate the calm, comfortable atmosphere of the hotel after a busy day in Manhattan. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, polished, and reliable hotel in New York.

Elevated, but comfortable. Exclusive - like Branch - but still laid back. The staff was so attentive to us. Perfect location.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Location was fantastic. Price is a bit too high. Cleaning staff cleans room a bit too late in the day. Prefer room is cleaned midmorning.

Lovely hotel with a kind and helpful staff. I am a returning guest and would keep on doing that.

Clean facility, excellent service NA

We loved the location next to Bryant Park and the NYPL. It was only a short walk from Grand Central. We also appreciated how clean it was! The room was spotless and had really nice amenities (Malin and Goetz soap, comfy bed, fresh filtered water, access to a shower after check out!)

The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great.

I requested late check out or a place to work and the staff did not care to help me solve the issue. I’ve stayed more than 5 times in this hotel and will find somewhere else that will ensure our needs are met when we travel.

This hotel is not four star hotel,for the price you pay is better to pay a little bit extra going in a real five star hotel

Exceptional

Perfect location, amazing rooms and the staff were just brilliant - all of them ! Lifts a little slow, but honestly not a problem

The staff were friendly and nice, the room is clean, it is in a great location, They allow to keep the luggage for free if you arrived early for the check-in. There is no microwave and slippers in the room but they gave one when asked. Its not much of a soundproof, can hear the closing of doors next door but its okay. No ref in the room.

Cons: it doesn’t have a resto.

The best place to stay in NYC! This was my 12th stay and I adore the staff and this hotel.
