Nice for couples. Very close to grand central and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Checking in seemed to take a while but the staff handled it well. I would definitely stay there again. Cozy room.

really nice location, in center of Midtown. The rooms are small, related the building. but was ok to be in the center of Manhattan.

The staff so friendly and helpful! We really appreciated the cold iced tea, water, coffee, etc in the breakfast nook, as well as bagels in the morning. Immaculately clean too! Nothing. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great, room clean. The room was tiny and SUPER noisy. The fan was unbelievably loud. The only way for it to be quiet was to turn off the ac (a non negotionable on 90 degree days). For a 4 star rated hotel and for the price it was a little bit frustrating.

The location, the staff were very friendly and it felt intimate and homely. Size of the room was a little small, but that was the only thing

I had a warm welcome by Carlos which really made me feel welcome. Breakfast was not included however, they offered hot beverages and croissants and bagels to all guests. Good location, within walking distance to Times Square and Broadway. Highly Recommended. Nothing to complain about.

Central location near Grand Central. Clean, no frills. “Cabins” for two people are comically small.

I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive available for my dates close to the Union League Club where I was planning to attend a meeting. The staff were very friendly, the room had nice finishes, was very comfortable and had cute touches like a lavendar pouch next to the pillows and Lindt truffles/apples/wate/coffee maker in the room. My only complaint is that the room was only slightly larger than the bed. While this is pretty common in European hotels and boutiques in New York, it still always surprises me. I guess it encourages you to get out and see the city, but if you had to do work, or take a call in your room, I am not sure where you would do it.
