The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located in an easy to access area. Poor quality in our room, door handle in bathroom was broken and wall could be seen to be patched up. reception was slow and not accommodating. Ended up paying twice for the room as there was a computer glitch and no interest in solving for me. Then had issues trying to explain to get a refund after.

Nothing, they scammed us. When we arrived they said their AC was broken. And they gave us the option to stay or cancel and get a refund. They said if we chose to leave that there was room at the hotel next door. We ended up getting charged and no one answers their phones to process a refund. We’ve spoke to support and it always leads into a dead end.

Great hotel, spacious room, clean, and helpful staff. It's close to subway stations so very accessible. There is no pool though, so that was a drawback. Lovely overall.

Staff was very friendly to me and my family and were helpful with our request of a late check-out. Location was excellent! Close to a lot of coffee shops, shopping and dining options! Trader Joe's and Target across of the hotel! Beautiful park right across the hotel. Loved all!

I have stayed here before and always had a positive experience. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, linens were soft, staff is kind. You can see some ware and tare on the room with some broken wood and finishing breaking down.

For my first time in Brooklyn, this was definitely a great budget friendly, but also great location to stay at. You are close to Dumbo, close to Barclays Center, but also there's great food choices within walking distance (food hall, coffee/matcha, bagels, ice cream and teas). Lots of nearby walkable shopping, and close to train stations as well. Danny was extremely helpful and hospitable in catering to our needs with questions, suggestions, and really made home away from home special. We will definitely be returning here anytime there is a chance to.

Location. It was close to the event I was attending. Bad traffic in the area. Most streets smell bad.
