Everyone from the person checking me in to the cleaning staff was friendly and full of smiles.

The only things I would've liked to see extra was a microwave in the room and app access on the television but other that everything else was perfect. The sauna was a nice touch!

I only stayed for one night as I was only there to tour venues for my daughters wedding. I'm normally a Hyatt girl but this brief stay was impressive and I have recommended Crown Plaza for all guests coming to stay for my daughters wedding weekend.

Great location near Norcross. It was quite a value as it felt like a much more upscale place. Everything was clean and updated. The room was well appointed. Easy self parking. The staff was also efficient.

The price was more than I wanted to pay for four nights but we were desperate. The room was spacious but the shower over followed which kept the floor wet. The carpet was a little dusty and the sofa felt a grimy. The pullout bed worked and was more comfortable than the king size bed. The bed was too hard but the sheets were clean. The restaurant got our order wrong and there was sugar on the fries. The pool was fun as well as the sauna. Overall, we would stay again.

Jay was very helpful. When I mentioned it was my mother’s birthday, we were offered free parking and a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was clean, safe and quiet.
