When I arrived The guy was nice enough to let me check in early I was So tired I pay A extra fee, I slept on top on the bed I was So tired… the next day when I tried To get in bed the sheets was so dirty I didnt Wanna stay… However they did give me a extra set of sheets. The guy told me that they would refund my money that didn’t happen so they had my money and didn’t give it back and lied and said that they would. Definitely wouldn’t go back

Air didn't work

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Air conditioning and rooms were perfect! Very clean.

Rooms were clean and the hotel was nice and quiet.

She upgraded the room for free. The checkin was virtual and she was pleasant. There was a roach in the room. The breakfast was 2 types of cereal, bread or bagel. Juice machine didn't work. Pool wasn't open and not sure that the hot tub in the picture exists at all. I received a text saying to text if I need anything. Couldn't get the tv to work so I texted, no response.

Nice rooms.

No one at front desk. Had to check in virtual. Pool was closed for maintenance.

TV buttons didnt operate TV. No breakfast offered. Indoor pool doesnt work. Roaches all over. Wifi is only for phone usage. Microwave in my room was broken. Heater external was raggedy. Housekeeping didnt come. The whole weekend.

The hotel itself was nothing like the pictures. The pool was disgusting with a gross film on top of the water, leaves and dirt along the bottom, and the deck was being used as a storage unit. Then the rooms were not nice at all. One wall had a quarter size hole in it, and the bathtub had mold in it. Finally, on the morning we were checking out, they deactivated our key cards long before we were due to check out and the staff was rude when I ask them to reactivate the key so we could get our stuff out of the room and into our car. Overall, very disappointed in the accomodations and especially not being able to use the pool. The pool was the reason we chose this hotel for our stay.

No breakfast

There was no front desk staff - just someone through a computer screen that spit out our key card. The entire hotel was "under renovation" and so there was no pool or breakfast as stated on their site. The hallway that had our room smelled like weed and was constantly wet with towels in the hall from the laundry room. The front door was always open leaving no security for those of us indoors. I would NEVER stay here again and feel that the money I spent should be refunded.

Filthy conditions, sketchy people lingering around. Hotel staff only available online, bedding was filthy, stained, room was filthy. Someone had a gas powered moped parked in the hallway outside our door. This place was awful. Left a day early to get away from this place.

I didn’t get my room. They put me in the room where I found drugs. Manager accused me of bring it in the room. I had to make. Police report.

Nothing Smelly, dirty, no night staff, pillow had a looks like a blood stain and want to replace but was told that they going to bring it to the room, waited and waited but no one came by, went to ask again and they said they forgot, but in the end the staff told me that there’re no pillow left to give me, so both of the queen bed only have two pillow each, but all the other hotel I had gone to they all have 4 pillows for each queen bed.

Clean

Something different was the electronic check-in window. Nice. Quick respond went the TV remote needs batteries replaced. Cooling fan was loud. Had to turn it off and on during the night. No iron. Shower room wall had no place to put any stuff on but on the floor.

The toilet had stains on it and in it. At first I thought it was a poop stain. But the toilet may have just been old. The fitted sheet moved up on one of the beds revealing a possible pee stain.
