Floor feels sandy, slippery in bathroom with slippers. 2. Thin walls could hear noise at night 3. They didn’t clean room while we were out during day(not sure if was specified) 4. It all depends on your perspective, but it sufficed are stay.

The location was amazing. Just a few steps from the bay. The room was nice. Breakfast was only cereal and make your own waffles but not bad as long as you are not expecting more. I would stay here again.

Nasty! Bali’s spatter on walls, dirty wash cloths still hanging in shower from people before. Pubic hairs hanging on the clean towels on the rack. Lip up in the bathroom that almost killed my husband. Cracked window glass.

I was concerned about making a reservation due to other reviews, but we totally enjoyed our stay. It’s an older beach motel, and they are very difficult to maintain, so not everything was pristine. Salt spray is hard on buildings. However, the staff was very nice, our room and the common areas were clean, and the Chesapeake Bay is right there. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked clean and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s an old building so for the price it was ok. Our room smelled like cat urine and my daughter’s room smelled like smoke as beer. So bad that we had to leave the door open all day to air it out. The pool was very clean as was the surrounding area. The breakfast was cereal or waffle machine. But they did have a Kurig you can use all day. We requested a handicap room for my daughter which she did not get. Check in was a problem, but Expedia called them and straightened it out. I wouldn’t go back. But it is inexpensive for the area and being on the beach."

Room was dirty when we got there and the lock to the door did not work. A maintenance guy came to work on the door while we were in the room but the lock only worked half the time we where there for the stay.

This place was filthy. We couldn’t find any availability for the long weekend in the area. We booked the morning of and drove over from North Carolina to enjoy the beach. The staff at check in were friendly and I was glad this is in front of the beach, I suppose many people were also enjoying the pool ( I didn’t try it) and it looked clean. However, the hotel is run down the room was so nasty, the towels and sheets and pillow cases had stains, the floor was sticky. The sink was clogged. It was about $250+ a night not worth it at all. I would not recommend this place.

The tv was a 25 inch...floors sandy & dirty, smelled bad...best thing about it was the hanging wall art...awful for price...

I was actually unable to sleep in my room . It smelled like urine and hair was on everything . Stains was on the bed sheets and pillows . I live close by so my family of 4 just enjoyed the pool and the beach view for as long as we could . I definitely wouldn't recommend.

The Casa hotel was a pleasant experience. The Beach was literally at my door a few footsteps 👣 to the sand. Room was affordable through hotels.com. Overall my family and I were happy with out stay.

We do not recommend going here. Me and my partner paid for an ocean view suite only to be looking at other buildings. The front lady was super disrespectful to both me and my partner. Everything is very under maintained and gross. Don’t even get me started on our room. We walked in and the first thing we saw on the couch was a dead cockroach. The floors looked all smudged and dirty, appliances look as if they have mold on them from not being cleaned, and the bath was dirty. When we asked to get a refund from the lady, she was denying that the room was dirty and met her standard. Luckily we were able to get a refund by getting help from Expedia. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Limited breakfast options and the rooms were not cleaned well. The beach access was nice.

Looks nothing like the photos it’s a motel not hotel people live there with their pets they’re outside at 2-5am yelling talking playing music cussing and all sorts. There was a fly buzzing around our head upon trying to check in the room was out dated and dirty, cracks in the paint a DIRT ring around the tub, the door lock is almost off the hinges and even after cleaning the room it smelled HORRIBLE N E V E R A G A I N GHETTO!

Our stay was good floor was gritty when we checked in bathroom nice and clean and overall the staff was great and made our stay like we were at home and the fishing was really good and being on the beach was very nice and the pool and the hours for swimming was # 1. All of this combined made it an excellent stay.

I will never get the night back that I lost staying in this place. If you had told me I could sleep in a dirty alley way or this place, I’d choose the alley.

Very dirty in two rooms I requested another and the front desk staff gave me keys to a room with roaches ants pissed stain bed and toilet

Beach view very nice but property not clean , baseboards and windows filthy , fridge had visible mold , shower curtain and toilet dirty very unclean and floors were very dirty

We were right near the water but this definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for when celebrating my anniversary. The only good thing I could say is about the staff. They were very friendly, but that couldn’t make up for my disappointment.
