The location I got stuck in the elevator and had to use the inside phone to get assistance.

Room was clean

Breakfast was great, the hotel was in good condition, however, please look into dairy alternatives for creamer ideas for coffee.

Loved having $20 per week parking at the hotel and the free shuttle. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good the first two mornings but the third morning was just so,so. Also the choices on the third morning, a Tuesday, was very limited

Was clean . Morning staff also helpful with check out and airport shuttle schedule. We chose Hampton due to proximity to airport and availability of airport shuttle.

Well it started off a little rough! I made this reservation months ahead of time. We got to the desk and we were informed that the hotel was overbooked! I reserved two rooms and the girl at the desk seemed quite flustered. We ended up with conjoined rooms, which was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well.

Desk clerk was not trained for her job! Called from airport for the shuttle and she said it would be there in 2-3 minutes & driver on his way…20 minutes later I call her to ask where the shuttle is. She puts me on hold for over 10 minutes.
