Clean up to date room. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast buffet. There was a freak rain storm that knocked out power. We had to climb 5 stories of stairs to get to your room. I have a bad knee so the climb was painful.

Staff was friendly and hotel was really nice

Easy one night stay with parking included right across the street. Easy check in and quiet at night. Friendly staff.

The front desk staff working 6/11 in the evening really listened to my concern about checking my daughter in. He called the manager explained a unique situation and then the manager helped with the concern. I cannot be more thankful that my daughter was safe that night (severe weather in the area). I appreciate the kindness and going the extra mile.

Close to campus activities The carpet in the room was gross. Huge stains all over. Small detail but bags not in trash cans. Just was not the normal Hyatt experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, wearing an earbud while checking people in seemed unprofessional.

Everything The pool was being worked on

Parking is the only drawback. It is in a parking garage and if weather is bad is inconvenient. Also it is a walk to get to the elevators in the garage.

I can't speak about breakfast, because every time we stay here, we have to get up and leave around 6 a.m. which makes us too early for breakfast. We stay here because the rooms are super nice and comfortable, it's conveniently located next to tons of awesome restaurants (DP Dough is amazing!!), and the staff are the most friendly hotel staff I've ever encountered. Even when we come in looking like raggamuffins who've been driving all day, they are super nice. There's a Starbucks attached to it too, which is convenient. They pay for your parking (I didn't know this the first time I stayed with them). You just drive into the garage and find a spot, then go down to the street level and walk to the hotel which is just right down the street. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, you might want to pull up and drop one of your people off with the bags before you park to make it easier, but we always just carry ours - it's a short walk. It's on the pricier side of hotels compared to others I stay at. BUT we still choose to stay here when there are cheaper options because it is that awesome every single time. I was stressed at first with the parking garage because I'm from a small town and not used to that, but it's honestly not that bad once you get used

Room is clean and big enough to accommodate three people

Overall not bad. Some of breakfast was cold and should have been warm. No pool due to maintenance. Lock on inside of bathroom door was broke but the outside part worked

Disappointed in pool being under construction. I live in town. Spent 445$ to get 2 rooms for a birthday party specifically wanting a pool only to find out after check in that the pool is under construction and after looking at the pool there was a work order on The door posted back in December 2025. Would have picked the hotel cross the street if I would have known that. Disclosing broken/missing amenities should be required.

Staff was professional and friendly. I ordered one of their special June drinks at the bar and had it up in their terrace. Very nice comfortable space and the drink was delicious. Walking distance to the University and right across the street from Amtrak station. Our room was spacious and clean. We liked that we had free parking and the breakfast was nice too. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, cereals, oatmeal and they had oat milk which is what I like to have with my breakfast. Definitely will be staying here again.

Location and very comfortable I reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights each and one room i reserved a third night.this was a family trip for my so s college graduation. I reserved these rooms almost a year in advance.I called numerous time to check on the reservation because i was traveling with family and wanted things to go smoothy. On the second day i received a phone call from the hotel saying that we only reserved one of the rooms For one night. I spoke with the fro t desk and they said i needed to call booking since i reserved with booking. I got them on the phone and put them on speaker with the hotel front desk and she heard that i reserved for two nights. She said ok and i confirmed that we were set. I left for my sons graduation and on my way out saw the lady at the front desk and confirmed that we would be good again. A hour later ( at my sons graduation ) i received a call from the hotel stating that we will have to leave our hotel room. After explaining that we just talked and i was told that everything was good she said that i was wrong and she was talking to another customer. I was so upset and told her that i am at my so s graduation and we will be back in a few hours. I told her that we will need to figure this out when i get back. I voicemail during my si s graduation that we would not need to move to another hotel. I did not get a explanation of why this happened but i was just happy it got figured out but then my parents( same reservation) received the same call and was told they only reserved the room for one night and would need to find another hotel. I was so embarrassed and really did not know where this was coming from. I had reserved this a year in advance and had all the documentation of these reservation. They had no explanation and were not sorry. The hotel was nice but this all was very upsetting and i am not certain what they were trying to accomplish by saying we did not reserve our rooms.
