the only thing was that the toilet overflowed

The shower knob came off when I pulled it. Room keys didn’t work had to change rooms.

Bed was comfortable. Run was dirty. Mold in the shower. People was loud.

Nothing It was very dated, almost everything in the room was broken or very dirty, chose to pay at the property however got a call hours before we arrived that our card was getting declined and if we didn’t give them a new card our room would be canceled. The Indian man wanted to argue with me (the wife) when I told them that I selected to pay when I got there and was not giving my card number over the phone but when my husband got on the phone and stated the same thing then it was no longer a issue. The beds were so small and hard like sleeping on a rock. We checked out at 6:30am and turned in our room key, however about 4 hours after we left I got a text that if we did not check out soon we would be charged extra, so I had to call and remind them to check us out.

The room was smelly and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom was very unsanitary. The floor tiles were filthy. The bathtub made my skin crawled. There were rust in the corner of the bathroom. The bathroom door hangs too high up off the floor. Bugs was crawling on the bathroom floor. Lots of holes in the curtains. The bed was hard and the cloth chair in the room was dirty and not comfortable at all. The pool room was very, very hot and muggy. I only stayed one(1) day. I've checked out on June 13th, 2026. Because the smell made me very nauseous. Everything about the room was terrible to me, my husband and grandkids

I usually love to stay at Country Inn. This wasn’t the greatest but the staff was great. My room was old and not clean. It had an odd odor and could use some updating. They did not get the trash and had me to take it to the dumpster. The laundry facilities stopped working. The lobby was clean and maintained. The food was alright.

Clean rooms , friendly staff, great breakfast, and close to where we needed to be. Very clean and well maintained.

Everything was great! We arrived on Monday and after we ate and seen our Sailor, I was wanting to get in the pool to relax and the time was about 9 ish and I was thinking it didn't close till 10pm. So that is really the only complaint I have. Also me personally I don't like the smell of Marijuana, it gives me a headache, which we smelled it everyday we were there.

Clean and well kept. Breakfast was yummy! When going to breakfast upon returning to the room neither card key would work but was fixed very quickly from front desk.

It was another flawless stay at Country Inn and Suites. They never disappoint!

Nothing The food was bad, the first room smelled like wet clothes /mildew the second room smelled like animals and the final room I settled on as we drove 6 hours , toliet didn’t work properly, water didn’t get hot, beds were uncomfortable and brown stains on the ceiling
