I would like to give a big shout out to the two shuttle drivers I can't remember their names but we laughed and talk like we had known each other from years back

Staff is extremely rude and don’t know what they are doing. The front desk employee does not know how to handle a simple check in and creating keys for a room.

Staff consistently kept giving me incorrect keys for my room. Maintenance had to open my door and I had to keep going downstairs to get my key rekeyed because they did not setup the key properly. This happened checking in and when I came back from a long day at the convention center. Night staff was also rude and not very helpful

Quiet enjoyment was beautiful! Breakfast pancakes were amazing. I booked a king room but walked into a double. Was a little disappointed but it was still a good visit.

Booked two rooms, one room the AC was blowing water out, plus the temperature never went down. Went to the front desk, told us they are full, not able to even give discount since it’s a third party booking. It’s cheap for a reason…..

5 minutes to the airport!!

The bathroom felt quite dated and is in need of a refresh. Additionally, we experienced issues with the central air conditioning; it wouldn't regulate properly and stayed on high. We had to constantly manually toggle it on and off just to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.
