The actual building is very old and could use some upgrades. The continental breakfast pictured on their site, is only for show per the gentleman that checked us in. They do not even offer coffee. There is a Waffle House within walking distance. The actual room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bath towels are paper thin. The neighborhood is sketchy. It was okay for a quick stay.

Perfect for a simple clean stay!

Good option for the budget

Outside could use a cleaning

There was not blow dryer, which it would have been nice to know. It was one of the cleanest motels I've been to. The lady at the desk (and I also saw her cleaning) was friendly and helpful. She really made us feel welcome.
-
The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was safe and close to room. Temperature was fine. No breakfast, ice machine only on 2nd floor. No frills.
-
Convenient location! staff was friendly and informative! Amazing for the price really, the owners are very friendly and VERY respectful. Id no doubt stay here again

Rooms were spotless ! Was really impressed!

We arrived early and was able to check in early. The front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us some directions to downtown as we were in town for a concert and had never visited Charleston before. Property was great, clean, and comfortable. Felt safe as females traveling alone. Great location. Convenient Easy access to interstate. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was roomy. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Parking was easy and air conditioning worked very well
-
The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was a little firm. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the office was bad.
-
Only negative I can say is AC could be colder. And a coffee maker would be awesome since there was no coffee offered in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.
-
No breakfast. Cheap feeling overall.
-
Cheap and clean, with fridge and microwave. Waffle House next door for breakfast. Quiet. TV volume was locked and low.
-
Very clean.
-
Staff was very nice, beds were super comfy and room was clean. No complaints. Place is dated and could use a facelift. No coffee or breakfast was available.
-
Parking was very easy and abundant, staff was responsive late at night, air conditioning functioned well, room was clean.
-
Attentiveness and friendliness of staff. Economical accommodation in a very expensive city. Convenient to Amtrak station. Relatively quiet considering proximity of airport. Room was clean. No breakfast; coffee machine in office out of order. No tissues, iron or ironing board in room. Far from historic district. Carless, we found taxis expensive and location inconvenient.
-
Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and fairly recently remodeled.
