Very clean spacious property. I was very pleased with the cleaniness of the property and with the helpfulnesss of the staff. When I arrived the very friendly front desk clerk was mipping the entranceway because of the recent heavy rain. I was wery happy with the size of my room and the comfortable bed. Very easy access off of the Interstate. Would very much book a room again at this property.

One of the few places that would accept our 2 large dogs. There was a fee, but it was reasonable. For the price, a good place to stay if you're traveling I-40.

They need to update the TV didn't work the room was not up to date or very clean the covers had stains there was no breakfast looked for staff could not find anyone

When I check in, I was gonna give him one key and also I was putting a smoking room when I did not ask for a smoking room and it stunk so bad in the room was not clean and the jar behind the counter was rude about it and so that’s why I’m giving them one star on everything

The price was fine. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Barely any lighting in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a trash bag when we got in there. Talked to the front desk about it and he said that it smells like smoke because of the rooms close to it being smoking rooms. They did offer another room, but it smelled worse than the first one. We ended up just leaving and finding another hotel.

Nothing at all The first room was giving me an asthma attack because the elevator, hallway, and room smelled like smoke. The TV wouldn’t turn on and the heater didn’t work. I asked for a refund because the man at the desk said they refund within the first 10 minutes. He convinced me to try a different room on the first floor where it didn’t smell like smoke. The heat worked and the TV turned on so I just said whatever and I’ll take it. It was 1am and me and my son had been driving 2 separate vehicles from Phoenix and we are exhausted. And we still have 2 more states to go to our new home. Well then I realized that I couldn’t lock the door at all (pictures attached). The latch was broken and the lock didn’t line up with the door so you couldn’t lock the deadbolt for security. Luckily I had my stroller to put against the door to at least slow down someone from getting in. The TV turned on, but the remote only worked on volume and power. Couldn’t change any channels and it was stuck on one channel that was in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish. I have CPTSD, ADHD, and GAD. This requires the need for a service animal. He made me show paperwork which is illegal according to federal law. My son has autism and also has a service animal and because I didn’t have his paperwork where I can reasonably reach it (it’s in a filing cabinet packed away in our U-Haul trailer somewhere), he made me pay $15 for his service dog. The bathroom was disgusting with black mold spots coming through the wallpaper which immediately made me have an asthma attack, which I’m trying hard not to have because I have a broken rib and it’s severely painful (pictures attached). The room floor was disgusting as well. I had to use the wash clothes and towels with body wash (the only hygiene item they give you) to essentially “mop the floor” last night. The towels turned almost black instantly. I left them in the bathtub for them to wash.
