Breakfast The lack of cleanliness

Also, in my room there was an empty tissue box. I had to use toilet paper. This was a first for me in a hotel!

Breakfast was very solid but the rooms have a distinct smell. The property isn’t maintained well at all. The hotel has a ton of potential but it’s definitely not living up to it at the moment.

The room had a sticky cleaning product on all the floors , the tub was filthy with brown rings in it and hair all over. The shower was almost unusable due to how slippery it was. Breakfast was very good. Overall the property seemed to be a state of neglect.

The staff who greeted us was excellent. He had our key ready to go as it was after hours, super helpful. The property itself was pretty rundown. Our shower did not work and the tub would not drain. It was not very clean or well maintained. The location was conveniently located off of 80 and nearby a Dunkin, Perkins, Starbucks and gas stations n

The girl at the desk was nice. That's about the only nice thing I can say about this place. This place is very old. There was no elevator. The bed looked like the sheets probably weren't changed in one of the beds. They were also very lumpy. It did have a new TV but I had to fix the settings from store feature. I guess they didn't know that. The room looked like a bad remodel. If it wasn't so late when we got there we would have switched to another hotel.

I made my reservation, and when I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told there were no rooms available.

We checked in and the staff was very accommodating. The room on the other hand was like a motel not a hotel. Room was accessible from the outside making it a little uncomfortable cause anyone could have access to the door of our room. The TV in our room wasn’t working and we had to go all the way to the front desk to ask about it, to which we got a our maintenance guy has left for the evening “sorry”. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

AC didn’t work correctly, couldn’t adjust to make room cooler. Although water pressure was nice shower head was piercing. Not sure I would stay here again

The front desk are is nice and welcoming. It looks a little run down once you go around the corner

Everything was perfect clean room the staff was really help full

Check in was a little odd. Instead of being given information about where to go and what was available. We were advised to let them know if we had questions. The young man was friendly, and loud, but didn't run through the usual info providing where things were etc. It seemed he just came on duty and was new to this location, perhaps that was the reason. Other than not being able to reach the front desk with a question about the AC (we figured a work around) everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Dirty, old - worse hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. Since Booking.com represents such horrible properties I will not use your services again and will tell everyone I know about my experience with your site.

There were many issues at this property, including: the air conditioning was poor, various doors were broken, the computer systems were down, there was mold in the bathrooms, my floor was very dirty, and I felt unsafe.
