They took money from me then give it back leaving me in the negative of 288 Too much salt on the breakfast menu would like my refund but that would never happen

Pool was out of service most of our days there. I had to buy tickets to a water park so the kids could swim. I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool.breakfast was cold, but clean. Stop serving at 900 when everything was gone.

Even though the pool wasn't available due to a state issue which was one of the reasons we choose it !, our overall experience was excellent the Staff in particular went above and beyond to make our experience excellent and I do mean all staff especially the Desk Manager who was truly a blessing to us on our last Morning helping us get transportation to the airport after our taxi didn't show by using his uber account to get is there !

This place is so clean. The pool was closed when we got there and the front desk lady was rude but the housekeepers were the sweetest and had everything so cleaned and organized

The stand under the mirrors in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off the wall.

I greatly annoyed my stay, the girl who checked me in was also great! The hang out area was perfect, I highly recommend the hotel.

Close to highway and short trip to airport. Located in quiet area, across street from residential space. Hotel was not very well kept. Showed signs of understaffed or lack of pride in work.

So the room and property were clean, but in the bathroom the baseboard was coming off the wall and looked damaged. The Staff was really good from the management people but there was 1 person when I checked in who was not exactly "helpful or friendly". The breakfast was amazing, also there was plenty of parking.
