Bathroom door wouldn't close. Entry to room door hard to open and close. Facade falling apart. Electrical outlet looked like it could catch fire.

The person at the desk when we checked in was great and a hard worker (when we saw him the next morning, he was washing windows). He was the only highlight of our stay. The room needed a lot of maintenance. The air did not work at all. When I turned on the water in the shower, it came out orangish-brownish-rust. The traffic was very noisy. The electrical outlets were loose and didn’t hold my phone charger. The chair in the room was so worn out, the green material was completely absent on the seat and most area of the arms, showing a layer of black vinyl-like material. We travel a lot and this was in the top two worst rooms we’ve ever stayed in.

Room was cold and hard to sleep.

I liked that we had a table, 2 chairs, stand for our food , plates, and utensils. An additional area for our personal products. The TV was situated so both beds could see. Overall Ok Water pressure for the toilet, but it flushed and microwave, the plate was to big it wouldn't turn.

    Poor

Nothing, really. It would have kept the rain off me had it been raining. Heat was always on and even though the nightly lows were in the 30s I had to keep a window open all night. It was fairly miserable. Beyond that, the room interior was more like something I'd find in a small town in New Mexico for $45/night, not something in Chicago for over $100/night.

When I first arrived I waited outside for 30 mins due to the doors being locked and no one was at the front. I tried buying drinks from the vending machine but the front desk said it didn’t work. He was very ignorant to guest. He offered waters but had said I had to buy them. When I said I would, he stated only cash. I replied that I only had card. Then asked if there was an atm to pull money out he said no. I asked for him to charge the waters on my card and he refused. Which was very strange to me almost as if he was pocketing the cash for the drinks. The room looked dirty, if it wasn’t so late I would’ve left but I had to rest my head and dealt with it for the few hours I was there. I’m highly unsatisfied and will never be returning to this business.

While this is an old-style motel, the manager provided excellent service during my stay. Because the temperature was dropping below zero at night, the manager provided a space heater to ensure I wasn't cold. When heavier than expected snow fell, the manager called to offer to bring coffee to the room, and even to pick up takeout for me from one of the local restaurants. When I was ready to check out the following morning, he had already shoveled out my car and even cleared the windows before offering to carry my bag out. His service may have been especially thoughtful because I am a senior citizen, but I truly appreciate it. Lastly, the location was convenient to both Midway Airport and to my Oak Lawn destination.

The room is comfy and I enjoyed my stay! Easy check in, helpful front desk worker. I would book here again if I were ever back in town.

Nothing Room smell like dead rat, blood spot on pillows, bathroom handle broken, a lot of e exposed else wires, fan of bathroom not working with huge amount of clogged dirt, door not secure anyone can literally get in to your room. Room as general like abonded place and someone came in and open it . It was nightmare not even 0 star.

The person in the lobby was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was a disaster. The bedding was either dirty or stained. Everything in the room was old, outdated, broken furniture. The pictures they use to advertise the room have to be from when this establishment first opened doors. Every single wall in the room I stayed had cracks. The sealing had pieces that were about to fall off. The bathroom was filled with bugs, the toilet was crooked, and we realized that if pushed back to place water would start running out from underneath. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, so there goes privacy. The beds are full size beds so it doesn’t accommodate 4 grown adults comfortably. The room had an unpleasant odor to it. I got what I paid for, last minute booking.

Very convenient location and it was ground level and had everything I needed for a three day stay! It had a fridge and microwave and very convenient closet and a closed off full bathroom! The beds made creaking noises when you move around and I do that a lot in my sleep. The blankets were very thin as well. The ceiling light was very bright as well so we used the lamp with it.

The room felt like home, very relaxing.
