Hampton Inn by Hilton Omaha UN Medical Center Area

We stayed during the 2026 NCAA College World Series opening weekend. Despite being fully booked, the facility was clean, the free breakfast was sufficient, and the staff very helpful. We'd stay there again.

New property. Comfortable bed.

Location Staff was horrible. There elevator broke while my wife was in it. She was stuck in there for a half hour and the staff didn’t give a crap. It was like I was inconveniencing them by asking them do something and getting them to eventually call the fire department. The hotel smelled like marajuana really bad and there were a couple on the same floor that were yelling and screaming at each other for half the night. I called down to the front desk and asked if they could do something about that, but they never did. Can’t pry the staff’s butts from the chair in front of their computers/ cellphones for nothing. Never even received any kind of apology.

Great clean room. Need a level 2 charger in garage, I thought Hilton was commited to doing that.

No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great

Clean, well located No clear signage that the hotel lobby is not on the first floor of the building meant I was very unsure I had arrived at the correct destination until significant investigation.

Breakfast was good food, but kids' food scraps left on floor with people sitting with feet on scraps was an unclean, unnecessary "turnoff"

Parking with a pickup was not ideal, doable but not great. Room was clean, limited tv and internet. Cleaning staff was vaping in hallway and it was not tobacco

Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent. No vending machines and the selection in the lobby was over priced. Better have a streaming service at home to connect to as the tv selection was pitiful. Close enough to the zoo. Joslyn Castle was just up the road. Brewery was close and good. Plenty of places to get Doordash from.
