This is perfect if you’re looking to save some cash and you’re traveling solo or maybe with a buddy. I would not bring a romantic partner here. The guy working the front desk was so nice, kind, and easy going. Zero issues with check-in. It’s not a 5-star mansion by any means; however, the bathroom was CLEAN and the room itself was clean too. I would stay again with no hesitation if I was short on cash.

Crumbs were on top of one of the beds when we arrived and crumbs under the sink. Refrigerator & microwave both showed signs of rust. On the plus side, stay was very quiet

Nice size room and easy access to western and southern Omaha.
-
Yes everything was as to be expected

Really pleasant staff. Older property but good for a rest on a long trip.

The stay was good. The older property was dated but clean.

Location was good, but comfort was lacking!

Room was nice and clean . The only thing bad was the microwave inside door was dirty . We didn't need to use it tho . Check in was easy, very polite person at the desk . I would stay there again .

The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.

Great

Booked a king bed and was given two queen beds. Pictures online of rooms do not match actual rooms. Very out dated and old.

More of a "motel" than a hotel, but room was clean, staff was super nice and attentive and price was right.

A perfect location for my stay. Quiet neighbourhood, easy parking, close to restaurants and stores. The room is spacious, although outdated. Appliances are working.

The reservation was wrong to start, when we checked in they only had 1 king rm for me, I'd reseved 2. They added another rm. We checked out with front desk, turned in keys before 11am on 12/26. Then they charged me 2 nights,we only stayed 1 night. Very disappointed!

Room was clean, BUT nothing was kept up. Door handle made it VERY difficult to get into the room. A couple of areas needed painting. The bed was NOT good -- hard mattress, metal base that was easy to hit with toes and feet. Very few amenities.

The room smelled like it was cleaned with too much bleach. It was super clean, not enough pillows though. Parking was pretty good.
-
Bed was super hard with 2 tiny pillows.

The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.

a little run down, but at the price it was good deal, and we slept like logs after a weeklong camping trip.

The proprietor was friendly and made a special effort to give us a room that was easy to access. The room was very well kept, and immaculately clean. You can tell that things were replaced as soon as necessary, and not wholly renovated, so there is some hodgepodge to the decor, but everything is clean and new. The full fridge came in handy, and there is plenty of room. They make special effort to think of extra touches. We were really impressed. What a great value!
