You make us sign a paper saying we will abide by your rules, Did the unsupervised group if soccer children sign also? Because they were loud ,banging on doors playing in the hallway , Yelling screaming. We were looking for a new place to stay and thought this would be good. maybe not!

We stay at hotels quite often and this one is a perfect Ten. Property is beautiful, staff was friendly, 24 hours free drinks and snacks, easy access to everything, great sitting areas, rooms are quiet, cool and spotless. Oh! and a lovely free breakfast. Thank you guys for making this weekend EASY and lovely.

Front desk very friendly and helpful, was able to accommodate early check-in. Good location short walking distance to Ontario Mills, breakfast was very good, plenty of parking. Room was functional, clean and quiet. Family member found the couch bed mattress a bit thin and uncomfortable.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful with several things I needed, including a ride to the airport.

We came for my daughter's graduation and they were able to give us adjoining rooms, which was nice. These days it's rare to get cleaning every day, but they did offer it which was nice. The man making the eggs in the breakfast room was very friendly. Parking was easy and we we close to everything we needed to be close to.
