Absolutely gorgeous property. The restaurant was incredible and the staff were so gracious.

Breakfast should be included but was not (nothing included to eat or drink). Room clean but no amenities. Internet poor (cutting out a lot). No smart TV so nothing to watch. Did not attend the bar. All in all the rooms need a complete remodel to make modern and they need to update WiFi and update to smart TV's and include breakfast.

Love the property. Great shuttle service to airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Halls are very quiet. Great restaurant with amazing breakfast omelets. Loved the pool area, too.

Amazing Customer service, close proximity to the ONT airport. And the most helpful shuttle drivers.

The room, facility was clean, comfortable, staff great. The couple items that were a bit challenging was it took the shuttle pick up an hour to me up and the other was it's a big complex and the signage to get from one area to another was a bit confusing.

Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly. I would stay again very close to the airport. Easy shuttle service.

The staff tried to be helpful, however, speaking better English would've been more helpful for me. We left before breakfast, so no comment there. The room was clean and comfy.

Manager was very nice The hotel is outdated, not what I expected. Location was not for me, across from a Motel 6. I cancelled my reservation after seeing the room and did so with no issues.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and spacious.

Everything was excellent, except the two things I didn't. like. The room was too cold, and I slept with sweat pants and socks. and the TV remote was a challenge for me.

We had a few problems on check-in which got resolved.

First off we got in on a later flight and called and the super kind shuttle bus driver came to pick us up. Then the check in staff lady was exceptional also. Very kind and supportive of our long journey. We had an excellent breakfast with two super kind waitresses. The entire experience was wonderful
