Excellent service

The room was very clean and house cleaning came everyday. I just wish that the room had a hairdryer, coffee pot, and iron and ironing board.

Room was relatively clean The owner+rep are very inconsiderate and rude. You have to be careful and read all the hotel policy. May be feed the policy in claude/chargpt before you make a decision. They will take $60 cash deposit. And they will enforce on the dot check out. For similar price, you should be able to book much better stay. I just didn't have enough time to pick.

I liked how close it was to the airport and other cities. I did not like the beds. They were super uncomfortable, the bed was hard as a rock and it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Also the base it’s too out that you will hit your toes and it makes a loud metallic sound. They can improve by replacing the mattress or putting a 3 to 6’ foam cover if they don’t want to replace. Also they need to add an extra mirror

Parking was very easy and available. Room was very nice and comfortable. I had a very nice stay there.

The room was very clean and the property is well maintained. The check-in process was the worse I have ever experienced. They made me pay a $60 deposit in CASH! Yes cash only. It was very late and their ATM did not work. I was lucky and did find the money at in the bottom of my purse. Then he handed my room card. NO receipt, no knowledge of the cash. I asked him for a receipt he said go to Expedia and they have the receipt. I told him no I need a receipt proving I gave you $60 cash for a deposit! He could not print anything and I made him write me a receipt. It was a very strange! Next time I should read the reviews. Also one more thing, I was getting I and got two buckets full then some man came out and yelled at me and told me NO MORE ice for you! That was upsetting also.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I recommend this place everytime

My only complaint was the bedding. Very then blankets , towels and sheets that had permanent stains. Hairs on the covers

Expect a rock as a bed with dirty sheets, sandpaper for towels no mirrors inside except for bathroom, parked my freshly detailed car overnight to wake up with full of grass debris that the landscape crew left. Horrible rude front desk guy expect a $60 CASH deposit aswell. Interior is Mickey moused repairs with holes in shower curtain. Stay away!!!

It was extremely ghetto do not come here! First of all when I went to check in they had an issue with my last name on my LICENSE and my card so I couldn’t pay with card. Second they ask for a cash deposit only! Red flag no.1 number 2 the ATM they have at their hotel frauds your card. So I had to decide to leave before I even checked in to go to another hotel do not come here at all costs!! Everything
