All good

We have stayed her a few times before, but I believe this will be our last time due to cleanliness.

I wish they had free breakfast, felt like a regular stay nothing off the top different

However, Maria Sanchez at the front desk was incredibly warm, understanding, friendly, and professional. Her excellent customer service made a positive difference during my stay. If I were to return, it would be because of the wonderful staff, not because of the room.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and great amenities including a saltwater pool, hot tub, café, and gym. My only complaints are 1) the pool towels were pretty much never repleni

We really love to stay at Avanti that's the only place we stay when we come to Florida. Which in the past year and half been about 6 times

Second time I have stayed with avanti and it is convenient clean and the staff is friendly and helpful definitely plan on staying again.

Staff The place is very out dated and need to be renovated asap

El area de desayuno el personal muy atento.(hablan español) Lo único, cobran estacionamiento y feed aunque no tengas vehículo. Lo demás excelente, vuelvo el próximo año con toda mi familia.! Feedback: AAAAAAAA++++

Is should be a 2 star at best

Es un excelente hotel. Un lugar divertido y familiar. Lo único que no me gustó es la limpieza de los pisos de los cuartos. Las nenas caminaron descalzas y sus pies negros, solicité servicio de limpieza y pasó lo mismo. Parece que no me pasan mapo al piso.

The room was very clean and the staff were nice. The property is close to pretty much everything! Icon park is about a 5-10 minute walk and theres a shuttle that will bring you too and from the parks nearby.

Location Rooms could of been better kept for the price.

The pool No towels by pool, room was probably not done with cleaning yet a worker tried coming in the room not long after we got in the room. Room was mid. The Last night we stayed the room had a horrid pot smell lingering in from other rooms and this morning when we left someone was hanging over the railings in nothing but their underwear. Who are you letting stay in the avanti? The maintenance was lacking and we stayed in the avanti in the past and everything was kept well what happened ?

Lack of complete cleaning specially the bathroom was very nasty, the tub was full of mold to the point we had to use flip flops to shower and don’t touch anything around the bathroom
