I really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is a little small for the amount of rooms but we weren't there to use it. Breakfast was amazing. The only problem I'd say was when people shut their door around us ut made our room door move and it made a loud rattling noise. would wake us at night sometimes. Otherwise would definitely stay again. !

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Property is well maintained and clean plus they have a friendly staff. Sadly the only restaurant (pizza place) they have was closed during our visit so there were no food options besides the little market corner they have with snacks. Other than that is great and I’m planning on visiting again!

The staff was on point. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They properly it spotless. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We arrived late after traveling all day to find a very rude front desk clerk who charged our card an additional $100 extra after we have already paid for the room and called to confirm all fees were paid. Room was ok, very spacious but the ac unit was incredibly loud. It clunked every time it turned on and off. We told the front desk the next morning as we were checking out and she rolled her eyes and said that’s what ac units do. This is definitely a one and done for us.

The breakfast wasn’t that appetizing. Sausage was undercooked and didn’t offer any bacon.

Location, friendly staff and breakfast included. The flavored water could be available all day and next door at Caribe Royal, the DJ should play longer.

You pay twice as much for First class and only get a wider seat with a couple inches leg room and NOTHING ELSE than if you paid for economy
