The pool was not open and there was no signage to indicate a reason why but other than that it was great!

Absolutely beautiful hotel.

The room rate thru Expedia more than compensated for the fact that we paid fee to park, which was unanticipated and caused me wonder why the fee was necessary when we were not in a high density urban area where fees are usually passed on. The room, bathroom,and hotel were very nice though- giving an upgraded sense to visit.

It smelled divine and look pristine. Loved it

Clean rooms and most importantly no smells in the lobby , extremely clean and home services were excellent quality .

-Parking: Plenty but costly - 2/5 - No breakfast: 0/5 -Bistro: 4/5 -Pool: 5/5 -Room: 3/5 (Set up) Would i stay at this location again? Uh yeah but for an night not multiple days.

Very clean and great area to be in. Parking is $15 a day. Didn't realize till I got there but if your staying for an extended stay can add up.

En general el hotel es cómodo, servicios básicos, bueno para un viaje de trabajo. Deberían mejorar en la limpieza diaria de la habitación, es bastante básica.

When we got to the hotel checked the beds in your accessible room and it was so low to the floor it was hard to transfer my husband and my brother in the beds so they slept in their chairs. And then the pool lift was broken after being told it was working before making the trip. So the next morning by went to check out at 9 am way before check out time and was told they never got payment when it came out my account so from 9 am to 1 pm and numerous calls to Elias at the hotel they tried to charge my card 7 times and locked me out of my account til I can make it into the bank on Monday, which is very inconvenient for me because I am traveling with two wheelchairs and myself out of town. I have no way to get gas or to pay for food because my account was locked. We travel the country and this is by far the worst experience ever at a top notch hotel. So I hope someone reaches out and makes this right.

The front desk people was very professional, made me feel welcome.

The comfort and cleanliness of the bed.

Cleanliness The staff was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. They simply asked reservation questions without a smile or any cordiality. They charged my card $45.00 and I still don't know why. Very disappointing with the service I received.
