Crowne Plaza Orlando - Downtown by IHG

Me gustó el lugar, solo que quedé en una noche por el concierto pero todo estaba impecable u todo el mundo fue muy servicial.

Staff were awesome at this hotel! I booked this hotel specifically to have free shuttle access to the Kia Center arena. Overall, the stay was nice. The room appeared clean and tidy. My issues with the room involved the noise. We were able to hear the outside traffic very clearly, loud cars woke us up throughout the night, along with being able to hear people passing by in the hallway. I do not believe our room was connected to another room next door, I think our room was connected to an area accessible to staff. Someone in the morning was sneezing very loudly and the sound travelled easily to sound like it was in our room. Pillows appeared nice and fluffly, however, did not keep their shape and left us with sore necks the following day. I loved how awesome the shuttle staff was, shout out to Murray. He was great, he stated that the final call for the last shuttle after the concert was 1040PM, however, the concert let out around 1110PM and I figured I'd have to get an Uber. I called the phone number for the shuttle just to check and Murray answered right away and stated that he was still available to take us back to the hotel. Don't forget to tip the shuttle drivers, they are awesome staff who work hard to accommodate the hotel guests. Great people working here, if I were to go to another concert at the Kia Center in the future, I would choose this hotel again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

We stayed the night for Noah Kahan’s concert. The front desk staff was beyond helpful. They signed us up for a free IHG membership so we could check in early to start getting ready. The hotel also had a complimentary shuttle to and from Kia center for the concert. It was so convenient and helpful.

Our only real complaint was the difficulty controlling the shower - difficult to figure out and the water pressure was not good. Zero grab bars in the shower - very dangerous as water is soft and it got slippery inside of the shower. The bathroom itself is lovely - very clean but water came out underneath the door of the shower and made it very slippery when you exited. We used lots of towels to mop up the water. Staff was extremely kind and provided extra towels, tp per our request. The bed was so amazing and comfortable and pillows were wonderful. It would be a good idea to add a mirror in the bedroom to have another place for women to do their hair and make-up. The service was very good.

very clean but unfortunately, we didn’t have a great stay. the hotel room was very outdated. the balcony was closed due to safety reasons (understandable but also unfortunate) and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t watch any shows that we wanted. AND the power went out and we had to take a cold shower in the dark and walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to our room since the elevator wasn’t working. overall a 2/10 experience:(

Stayed for a concert, room was clean, ordered a shot from the bar and it had bugs. So safe to say, I was definitely turned off from asking for anything else. I understand things happen but was expecting a bit more for the price of stay and cost of drinks at the bar.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was reasonably priced.

Extremely clean and all staff was caring and nice. Walls are a bit thin so you hear a bit from the halls and outside especially from the freeway across the street.
