We booked as a last-minute getaway for our family. No time to find a dog-sitter, so we were able to bring our GrandDog! Everything was perfect...location, staff, amenities, and convenience. We will definitely book our next stay! Only thing that was a pain, was there are no luggage trolleys. We had to make various trips for our luggage.

The location was perfect for us. The shower was loose.we had 2 rooms,1 of them the TV didn't work so we ask someone about it and they sad yes I know it's broken.and we found a cockroach in the bathroom.we told the staff and said it we have any complaints talk to booking.com.they said it in an abrupt manner.

The room was great! Probably the most comfotable hotel bed I have ever slept on. Parking rate at $34 per day was a bit much for self parking.

I enjoyed the stay. Not as many amenities as i would’ve liked but i loved that the priority is directly across the street from universal. It would’ve been better if they had later times for the shuttle so i could’ve actually used it instead of stopping at 11:30.

It was comfortable and clean and we loved the location. Parking Fees and going outside to go In breakfast in another building.

Walking distance to Universal. Good breakfast comfortable beds and great and friendly staff. Also free shuttle onesie and universal parks. Very good value! Would stay here again! Nothing liked everything
