2nd room phone did not work No body wash in shower And loud AC to the point where I had to turn up the TV I will not stay at this hotel again

At DoubleTree, you won't get bored. The staff was really courteous and pleasant, and even though I was only there for two nights, the fitness area was large and all of the machines were accessible for use. I really enjoyed the swimming area; there were enough of seats and towels, and it was cozy and restful. My room was spotless and smelt nice, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom had extra towels. I had a great time.

Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. They rooms were nice, and clean. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion, along with a hairdryer. The ice machine did not work on my floor, but one was working on ground level. My only issue, was there was no fridge, and it would have been helpful. I must have missed that when searching unfortunately. It was close to UCF and was more affordable than other properties situated right next to UCF.

The bed was very comfortable. The air quality in the room was great. It was quiet. It was a very easy check in and out. Thank You! The parking lot appeared to be safe. I would recomend a sign of some sort as the elevator opens to point towards the lobby. I don't mean a cheap generic sign, it could be done aesthetically pleasing.
