Good location, big room, comfortable Room smelled like feet even after we sprayed febreeze

The room had an almost musty smell. Besides that, the property was nice!

The location was great. An easy walk to the Dr. Phillips Center. The happy hour was fun There were dirty socks in our room

The room has mold that made me very sick. I reported and they did not offer me to change room. breakfast

Best breakfast a hotel can offer; excellent. Everything was great but I could not figure out the shower curtain. It’s on a curve and doesn’t stay closed. I kept flooding the floor.

The location to the Kia Center (for a concert) was perfect. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and super helpful/kind front desk staff. The parking is also super convenient right across the street. I don't have any notes on what we didn't like, per say. I will state that I think soda should be an option as a "free" beverage during the happy hour. Finding out what drinks were free was an awkward experience.

The staff at this hotel are incredible! After my first night I let them know that the street noise from my room was terrible and kept me from sleeping. They immediately moved me to a room on a higher floor no questions asked. The rooms are very spacious and the location was super convenient for exploring cool bars and restaurants. The breakfast was also really tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back!

Shoutout to Larry! Our first room's AC was broken and there was a wet spot on the carpet. I called the front desk, and they sent a technician (Larry) up to the room (he arrived quickly too). He was attentive, and went through the steps to troubleshoot the issues I explained. When he realized after troubleshooting, that this was not going to be fixed right away, Larry spoke with management to get me another room. Not only did we get another room, but it was an upgrade! My 14 year older daughter felt like a queen, as did I :) Although we didn't have enough time to take a dip in the pool, we did check it out and it looked clean and resort like. Parking was a breeze, the lot is right across the street. Although it is $30 and not $22 as posted by Expedia. Despite the difference in parking price, and the initial room mishap, and the fact that I will probably never get another upgrade, I have to say I was pleased with this hotel, it's location, the staff, and would definitely stay here again.
