Great hotel that was really clean and staff was really nice

I stayed at this hotel for the convenience of being near the airport for an early morning flight. The property seems new, was well kept and clean, the room was super tidy, the beds were really comfortable, I liked the lotions and soaps in the bathroom,and I was worried that we went here airplanes all night long, but that wasn’t the case. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it. The shuttle service was convenient and the drivers were very friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay. The arrival process was smooth, and the staff efficiently handled my reservation so I could get to my room right away. Housekeeping deserves a special mention; the room and bathroom were absolutely immaculate upon arrival, with fresh linens and no dust to be found. Check-out was just as efficient—the bill was correct, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again

Although the windows are well soundproofed, aircraft pass directly overhead during landing approaches, which some guests may find a little unsettling. On the positive side, there are no flights during the night, so noise is not an issue while sleeping. The room rates are very competitive, making this hotel a good value-for-money option near the airport.

We only stayed here for an overnight layover. It was great for the night.

Room was incredibly clean and exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable stay here. Did not have to pay for parking. I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent. Clean room, excellent customer service breakfast was ok. My only complaint is that Expedia need to inform customers that there is a deposit fee. If they can inform us breakfast/ dinner is 15-20 dollars, they should let you know about the hotel deposit.

The room was moderately clean & the bed was ok. The problem is the staff, in particular the night shift clerk. I called before my flight to confirm the shuttle pickup procedures and was told to call after landing for the pickup zone and was also told that my 12am landing would not be a problem because the last shuttle p/u was 1am. I landed and called at 12:15am and was told the p/u zone was A4. I sat there until 1:15am & called a uber. I called 4 times from 12:15am to 1:15am and was told repeatedly to stay there and the shuttle was on its way. The last time I called the night clerk told me it was pass the shuttle time and I was in the wrong place. Mind you that this is the same woman that repeatedly told me that A4 was the p/u zone. After arriving I stood at the front desk from 1:27am to 1:45am with no help. I called multiple times and the phone behind the check in desk just kept ringing. At 1:45am the same female employee that repeatedly told me A4 came in from a cigarette break and told me that I had only been waiting 5 minutes, not 15. I showed her my call log and my uber drop off time and she rudely disagreed and slowly began the check in process. I reached my room at 1:55am, almost 2hrs after landing. My flight was at 8am and I spent $15 on another uber when I came downstairs and saw that she was who I would have to request the shuttle from. I am extremely disappointed in Expedia, Even & the rude female working that night.
