Had a room with double queen bink beds. Our family found them to be a little wobbly. The sofa bed was lop sided and did not go back properly without force. My biggest complaint and concern was the bathroom. The door is a barn door style, there is no latch or lock and you could see directly into the clear shower glass and see whoever was showering from the kitchen/living room. As a large family with teens, nobody wanted was comfortable with that.

The hotel is great. Marcus was so nice when he checked us in. The room was really big. Comfy beds. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for our visit to Universal Epic. Room was sizeable, full fridge, kitchenette. Bright, spacious bathroom. HVAC system actually worked intuitively and was not obnoxiously loud. Pleasant, professional fellows at registration desk. Nothing!

If someone request a crib it also needs a mattress sheet, we had to request one. Laundry has no change machine and only take quarters, front desk does not have change. There were NO manager on site; how can a hotel have no manager on site? Breakfast was the same for three days on a row. Same food, not even fresh. It honestly was an unpleasant stay. Find a different place to stay

Very clean and spacious room with a pull out sofa. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was buffet type.

Everything! I like stand-in showers (no bathtubs). That’s pretty much what I was looking for, and free breakfast. The lobby bathroom was clean as heck! Wow!! Perfect!! Feminine products too!! Wow, great touch! It was fun playing with the waffle maker and then eating my breaky outside. Nice, cozy environment. The only thing that bothered me was the elevator smells. But it was the people that made the elevator smelly. It wasn’t smelly when I arrived overnight, until everyone started moving in the morning and making their way to the breakfast area! I had to take the stairs to my room after I arrived because the elevators would get smelly. People … take a shower. Freshen up before you’re amongst people … make your kids freshen up too!!! We can smell you, respectfully.

Basic clean Cancelling my booking without meeting me know, refunded to booking.com which after many calls and emails still haven't refunded to me. I had create new booking using credit card to hotel.

We had planned to go to Universal Studios that day, so location and price was good. I like the design of the room and functionality. The room location itself was nice for us- being close to the side door. Not clean! We found a spider in one of the beds and cockroaches on the floors. Definitely needs more pest control. Also, If laundry is going to be offered, then there should be better machines. We spent 6 hours doing 2 loads of laundry due to quality of machines- soaking wet and slow dryer and the lack of efficiency of the other guests doing laundry.
