Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Theme Parks

It was just like the pictures online. Everything was clean, staff nice, breakfast buffet was very good. We will stay again on our next trip.

Excellent service from reception and breakfast. Seamless check in/out process. Hotel is very nice, amenities and room. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back when we want to visit the parks again, easy 5-10 min walk to/from SeaWorld.

Everything and everyone were fantastic

Was convenient to Discovery Cove. The breakfast was ok one day and not good the next. Prep and presentation needs work.

I can't say enough about this place. Huge 2bd 2 bath suite. Clean, bright, location to everything. One of the best properties I've stayed at. My only gripe is the breakfast fills up fast so get there early or prepare to wait. And it closes at 9am i think it's a bit early. But oh well

Arrived at midnight. Called to ask about more pillows and blankets and didnt come for 45 mins. They explained maintenance was super busy at that time and couldn't make it right away. Then, when I my family went to take showers there was only Luke warm water. Not enough for us 4 take a decent shower unless it was cold. Told front desk about this in the morning and she said management would call and they never did. I would be satisfied if it was a free night stay on them but they offered nothing.

Check in was easy. Staff was great, Breakfast was a plus.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious. There was a great variety for the breakfast, and it was really close to the Theme Parks.

Clean big room. Just Ok breakfast. Kids loved the waffles. Nice pool, shuttle to theme parks only runs once in the morning and once in the evening.

The room is smell mold. Water showers is not strong. Breakfast is good for kids.

Loved the hot buffet breakfast included..the bed very comfortable and the reception person was so helpful and friendly! Would recommend this hotel very highly
