Really good for an quick stay

Excellent was great everything

The location was perfect and right across Universal.

It's nice and affordable

Breakfast was average. Juice bar wasn't full. Our room needed improvement like the key card didn't work sometimes, the coffee machine was lobsided causing spilling and the a/c was loud. But for a short stay, it was tolerable. Had this been the first La Quinta we stayed in, we would consider another hotel option.

All good just no working ice machine in our building.

You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy

I was notified when I arrived about the deposit. Told staff you should put it in booking the amount needed and terms. Staff talked to each other at desk in Spanish. Overall nice hotel. Less space for handicap parking.

We stayed two (2) nights after visiting Universal Studios. Beds were extremely hard and could not sleep. Also, no housekeeping for two (2) days. Breakfast was good and fair amount of variety. I don't think we would stay again.

Loved the friendly and accommodating staff. We were put in the second building which had hallways that smelled like smoke. Both ice machines were not working. Found a roach in our room. When we got moved to the main building for finding a roach the stay was much better. Building was cleaner and didn’t smell and there was no roaches.

The air conditioner on and off sound. The room is close to the elevator and ice machine hallway and you can hear the people talking around.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating and helpful.

It was close to the parks and shutlle made it easy to move around. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had different options. There is a big outlet close by, a Wendy's and Walgreens.

Staff was great. Building is rundown. Our door handle didn’t work properly and there was a large cockroach in our room (just one after a thorough Check) that we assume was just due to being a rundown building in the Florida heat.

The free breakfast was great. Loved the waffle station. The rooms were very clean. Close to many restaurants and entertainment places. Universal Studios is literally across the way.

The food - even for a continental-like breakfast, they could do better.

Great service and room would recommend

The hotel is not exactly up to Laquinta standards. Getting clean towels or the room cleaned was impossible.

It was close to both Disney and universal, and it was clean. Everything was perfect
