The ability to extend withou issue or outrageous fees

The staff and location was dope My door had a little gap and I felt like it made cold air leak out, but whatever.

I loveeeeeee the staff. They are always so welcoming and lots of smiles. They have begun to know us. Very accommodating..

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, decent morning coffee Only two bags of tea, only one working ice machine in the whole hotel

The rooms were clean but the second floor had an awful smell. The building is "U" shaped with no pathway to the other end without walking all the way around. But ultimately if you're looking for a cheap one night stay it isn't that bad.

When I checked in the individual recognized my name that I had called earlier. Very easy check in and info of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and I had a good night rest Breakfast was great and a bargain. Check out was simple and when I asked for a receipt I was gladly given one.

The Front desk advised that they were working on it but never had the problem fixed for the whole 3 days of my reservation. I’ve made a complaint about the shower had on the same day that I’ve checked in. They fixed after 48 hours that the problem was reported. Very disappointed with my whole stay.

No vending machines on location. Breakfast was over priced for what they had. Very slim food options if the breakfast was free and this place charges a per person fee

Very nice room. It was clean and very pleasant. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hot showers would have been nice. On the first night there was no hot water at all. I reported this explaining that I shave with a straight blade razor which can be somewhat unpleasant without hot water. I was told that maintenance would be in at eight and would work on it the next morning. Got up the next morning and showered...quickly, then shaved very slowly and carefully in with cold water. The next evening when I came in there was nice hot water in the sink so I had a nice, good hot shave the second morning. But some some odd reason there was still no hot water for the shower. Oh well I saved a lot of time showering. I discovered that very cold showers don't take a lot of time at all.
