The staff was rude and the room was dirty. The sheets were stained and the bathroom floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The whole place is in a state of disrepair. When I booked it, it had all the hallmarks on a standard business person’s no frills airport hotel but it was closer to a nightmare motel. Avoid this place!

The hotel staff when I checked in was another red flag. She did not seem to have interest in being there or answering any questions. Another guest mentioned that they had the same opinion. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for!

Clean room . Quiet. Good breakfast

I loved how nice the staff was, and that there was fresh coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The breakfast was really really good too for being a continental breakfast. The shower curtain was ripped across the top making it look a little bad.

In the hotel descriptions it said there was luggage hold. This was not the case the staff member yesterday morning 20/06/1971 was unhelpful and rude! We needed to be out of room by 11am and our flight wasn’t until 8.30pm. With no luggage hold we no option than to sit in hotel lobby for hours. Hotel room was dirty in some areas but down the wall robe was toothpaste and around sink dust Airport shuttle

The on-site staff were helpful and the rooms are big. Not a super clean property but beds were clean.

The staff was great. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains did not operate properly. You could not lower them or raise them.

My son and I stayed at the Ramada for 5 nights and we took full advantage of the breakfast.

Property was clean, but a bit tired, ready for an update! But close to the airport with great staff. Airport Shuttle right on time.

I had a layover and was only in the room for about 6 hours. I used no facilities I just showered, slept and left. The shuttle was very important in picking this location. The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
