Absolutely nothing. Everything! Terrible check in…terrible customer service… terrible computer system… terrible the room keys don’t work! Se t to 3 different rooms and no keys opened! No bell service had to lug around my own luggage cart with my 11 y/o daughter swearing out butts off! Had spider crawling in our room walls!! After being frustrated at the front desk the freaking time sales women came to harass me when they can see I was in such a mission to get our room and then trying to sell me a time share! Ridiculous!!!!! This place should literally be demolished and built again. Terrible legacy for Mr. Rosen! Wow!!!! Stay down the street at Universals Terra Nova for Florida resident 123.00 a night wow! Never gain will our family EVER stay at any ROSEN HOTEL! We have been burned before by Rosen with an online reservation. Should have known better. Angela

The helpfulness of the staff (front desk) and house-keeping and the cleanliness of the facilities It was a bit noisy but I understand it is the Football World Cup season so lots of soccer fans were letting go when their teams won matches.

I liked that it was so close to the convention center. I didn’t like my view of the highway.

The location is great, but it is an average hotel with small, older rooms. The staff did not acknowledge our arrival. We had to try to make eye contact with one of the five staff at the desk. Our check-in took forever. We were later told that the hotel had just installed a new computer system, but no one made the effort to alert me to that fact or to see how to get me to a room more quickly. They just kept their faces buried in the computer screens. The elevators are at either end of the room buildings, but we were not made aware of their locations or which one to access. We had to find them at night, and they are not well marked. I would consider them hidden. I had to get out of the car and walk up to the 1st floor rooms to figure out where our room higher up might be. We stayed one night and moved to the Rosen Plaza, which was a much, much better experience in every way.

Great location. Everything you need. I could not get WiFi at all. This happens every time we stay there. We have to use nearby restaurants wifi.

The staff were great upon checking on and out. The bathroom had German roaches and the shower had a little mildew inside of it. This hotel needs up grades IMMEDIATELY! Its 2026 and the rooms are out dated. Looks like 2006. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The people at the front desk are exceptional.

We were given a location facing a parking lot. There were plenty of rooms available. We are elderly and would have appreciated a room on 1st floor close to pool.
