Quality of the food could have been better in the cafe. The room was clean pool was nice and staff was friendly. I was satisfied with the stay.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at this resort. I had a high room which was upgraded to a suite over looking the pool and volcano bay . I text for fresh towel and they came immediately. Check in was fast because of the day I went Thursday but I notice Friday Saturday Sunday lines long to check in. Love starbucks. The shuttle bus was very useful to universal studios and city park . Im definitely staying here again. I enjoyed it

Room was clean. And beds were comfortable. Staff at arrival was anything but helpful. Staff actually were unkind because I went through a third party company as Expedia. She actually made the comment “well you went through a third party company” so the only way I could get a room was if I paid more to upgrade the room. Horrible Horrible Definitely not worth the money paid for the room.

Bar tender a pool bar a little rude. Very busy, lots of people. Will have a wait to check in so prepare for that. Very clean, would stay there again.

Docksides team of staff were polite and very helpful..I can't wait to visit again !!

The biggest suggestion I would have for the hotel is to do a little bit better job with the monitoring in the hallways. Unfortunately, during our night stay here there were constantly kids running all over the hallways at one in the morning, 6 AM, 7 AM, and so on and so forth. As a person with two teenagers and two small kids, I understand that everyone is here to have fun. But when upstairs and next-door sounds like monkey Joe’s jumping bounce, houses, and smashing, slamming everything around to where it sounds like it’s inside of your own room- that’s just completely inconsiderate. For the first time in my entire life after traveling years and years and years, I actually had to call the hotel security and ask them to please check their cameras. At all hours, kids were doing dingdong ditch. This morning alone twice from 8 AM to 9 AM. As amusing as this might be for some people, it gets old very quick when it happens both nights and also when you’re in the middle of checking for anything left and getting everybody ready so that you can leave. Everybody wants to have a good experience and while noise in a shared space is expected as people are lugging things, we shouldn’t be woken up at midnight or one in the morning or two in the morning because people can’t run outside of the hotel instead of in the hallways back-and-forth back-and-forth.

Still waiting to receive my deposit. Crying baby next door the whole trip to 1 in the morning each night

Always clean and nice rooms. Staff was great and good food options by the lobby. Pools are nice as well. Always enjoy my stay here

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Orlando. Clean rooms, great pool, friendly staff, easy shuttle service to everywhere we wanted to go!
