The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the atmosphere

we had an amazing time! We absolutely love that the pool stays open so late and that there is a bar. The Jacuzzi stays just the right temperature. I hate a lukewarm Jacuzzi and you guys keep it at just the right temperature. I also love seeing my name on the TV when I went into the room. And the staff is absolutely phenomenal.

Rooms were phenomenal. Had so much fun, such a perfect hotel, so close to the parks you could walk if you want but the shuttle to epic is only 2 minutes at most, 10 minutes from city walk, definitely staying here again soon!! 10/10 recommend !!!

The customer service at the hotel and the food were both exceptional! We have stayed at more expensive hotels that didn’t come close to the level of service and food quality we experienced at Stella Nova! The hotel was just across the street from Epic Universe but I have trouble walking distances so we waited for the shuttle bus. We were told it ran about every 10 minutes. One trip back to the hotel took 30 minutes and another took over 45 minutes. This was the single biggest detractor from an otherwise perfect stay.

New hotel, so everything was new: the reception, the restaurants, the pool and the fitness area is amazing. They don't clean the room. I spent 3 days and nobody came to clean my room. I called all the days to tell to the manager, and nobody ever came to clean. I saw garbage, dirty towels at the doors of other rooms because they had the same problem!

The pool was huge and they had lots of pool toys, floats, and games on the deck for people to use. We were very surprised by the quality of food in the cafe and the reasonable prices at the coffee shop. We’d definitely stay here again for a quick trip to Orlando.
