WoodSpring Suites Orlando West - Clermont

The room was dirty, the bed creaks like the springs were broken, the pillows were small & out of shape. Worst of all, we found a cockroach on the bed, when we pulled down the cover. Will never ever go back to this hotel again.

Property was conveniently located. Only think I didn’t like was being on first floor and I could hear all the people taking on the outside all night.

The gentleman at check in was pleasant. FYI...people actually live here. The exterior has good upkeep the interior not so much. Old and run down. Elevator smelled of pot and needs some upkeep and a good cleaning. Hallways smell musky and smell like food. Carpets definitely need an upgrade. No USB connection other than an old lamp with a faulty outdated port. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear conversations, tv's, music, doors slamming. Pillows were super thin. Room was clean. Sketchy parking lot not very well lit in the back for those arriving at night. Definitely in need of an upgrade!

Great extended stay facility. Will be choosing again.

Over All, it a great and quiet stay….. keep in mind whole families LIVE HERE! Be mindful if you get put on the first or second floor. If you’re solo or with a spouse, stay on the fourth floor! Hope you enjoy your stay

I really loved All the Staff, they took time to help and or answer questions. They did assist in making sure I received what I asked for. Now, with how much they charge a night, weekly or monthly, I think there should be ALL appliances in room. Even down to plates, cutlery etc…. We should NOT have to go down to ask, in hopes they may be available. Otherwise, I’m having a great stay! If you have no kids and or pets, please stay on the fourth floor 😀😀 Woodsprings west Clermont, 16311 St. Rd 50…. P.S, the long term residence are wonderful! P.S.S, if you have children and pets, be prepared to stay on the first or second floor!.. Good Luck & May you have a Great Stay!

The location was good. Staff and stay was pleasant. Clean room, fridge and space. Bed was too creaky, floors were slippery like not cleaned properly, too soft pillows. That was the inly downfall. Other wise stay was a great one.

The rooms are a nice size, the kitchen is a plus, but it would be nice to know if need to bring utensils, cooking equipment. Bed sheets were too small for mattress so by the morning I was sleeping on the mattress with the cover all jumbled up. Room was tidy. The security door is a plus, I do feel like it felt like I was going through jail security getting in after hours though but it’s a good deal staying here over other Orlando/clermont properties. I wish they had gym room. Even a renovated hotel room with some equipment would be nice. The rooms with kitchenettes (I’m assuming all have them) should have a question about kitchen stuff supplies when arriving. I arrived at 11pm, and drove 8 hours. I had a bunch of food I wanted to cook, but couldn’t because there weren’t any pots/pans.

Hotel smells bad, a lot of traffic, people leaving in the hotel.

Only 2 thin pillows on the bed. Even putting them together seems like there still to thin. Also not sure how to get into contact with anyone toask about getting more pillows or towels for shower.
