It had everything I wanted and needed. The staff was super helpful in getting my tablet to access the internet. The room was quiet and clean and well designed. The elevators were very prompt. Breakfast was ok but nothing special - no fresh fruit and only 1 waffle maker.

When I checked in, my room entryway tile floor was sticky and you could see that something had been spilled by the refrigerator. The staff was quick to have someone come to my room and mop. Hotel was quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast staff was great and all the staff was very friendly.

When I checked in, I was told I was being moved to another room on the second floor when I got off the elevator the room smelt like dogs when I got into my room.My room smelt of dog urine, and the bathroom was extremely smelly the rooms next to me had dogs in em.Which barked most of the night. And the refrigerator was not working properly The location and the staff is very kind. Did send a cleaning lady in to clean the bathroom? But that didn't help another room was not offered.

My family very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was quiet,and the construction project on the adjacent property was very entertaining for my 2 year old granddaughter and never was a disturbance to our sleep. Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming and polite. We felt very safe. Enjoyed good breakfasts and were very happy with our room and it's amenities.

There was a wedding that stayed in the lobby until 2:15 am. Loud and obnoxious. Staff wouldn’t do anything to help. Construction is going on right outside lower bedroom windows and started at 7. No sleep to say the least. At least I was given the money back for the other nights I had reserved. Just wasn’t a very good place to stay.

I would have a higher recommendation if their breakfast selections offered more that I was able to consume given me gluten allergy. They do go "cheap" on their breakfast selections Otherwise, the property is very good.
