Close to old Pasadena area, mall and shops. They should have blankets since the ones that cover the bed are not always washed when they change the sheets.

Wow. The management here is hands down the best hotel management team I have encountered. Not only do they excel at customer service, but they also genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Before I booked, they even took the time to show me the room to ensure it met my standards, which immediately made me feel valued and welcomed. I was amazed by the quality of the room. The bathroom had been beautifully remodeled with a modern walk in shower, excellent lighting, and a great ventilation system. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the large smart TV connected seamlessly to both my laptop and phone without any issues. What truly set this property apart was the level of hospitality. Management remained responsive throughout the night, quickly accommodated my request for extra towels, and greeted me at check in with a bottle of water and candy. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. I also appreciated being trusted with one of the newly remodeled rooms and could tell great care had gone into every detail. The location is another major plus. It is quiet, well maintained, and the surrounding guests and neighbors were respectful, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I am incredibly grateful to the management team for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I will absolutely be staying here again in the near future. Highly recommended. Trust me, I do not say this lightly: there was absolutely nothing I did not like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. From the warmth and professionalism of management to the quality of the facilities, every aspect of my experience was outstanding. I was genuinely amazed not only by the value of having a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest, but also by the quality of the amenities and the beautifully remodeled room at such an affordable price. It is rare to find a property that combines exceptional hospitality, modern accommodations, cleanliness, and affordability so well. This stay far surpassed my expectations, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

the a/c was great toilet was kind of dirty, had tagging on the toilet seat, towels looked dirty, and shower didn’t have the best hot water.

Nothing. We didn’t even stay. Photos and description are completely misleading. We wasted over $200. I am fine with modest and cheap but this was beyond anything I would expect from Booking.com

The staff was kind and gracious. Good customer service. The toilet seat has carvings of graffiti on it. It's uncomfortable the first time you sit down because it feels unsanitary.

No breakfast, dirty towels, molded bathroom. No ice. No tissue, rough toilet paper. Broken toilet seat. Non smoking room reaked of smoke. Dirty floors. Manager banged on my room 3 times trying to get me to open the door. He had said he had a pizza? Bad I may never use Bookings again. See above. Nothing

bed is hard, sheets are filthy, TV's don't work; had to request new bed spread cuz the one they had, had cigar burns and stains. fridge sucked, had to levels for storage; just completely disgusting. Let's not forget about the bums and the CHILD TRAFFIC

It was convenient... Checkout time has changed....

The front desk lady was nice, the accessibility ramp was good (using a rollator/wheeled walker), the room and its fittings (including bed & bedding) were clean, the bed was comfortably firm, the plumbing worked fine, the small fridge was clean & working, the small microwave seemed clean & appeared operative (though I didn't use it), and the floor was clean (no carpet, but I prefer that). Also, it's close to bus routes and my Uber driver had no trouble finding it. It's also close to several places to eat and walking distance to Target. Please note that you'll need to provide your own shampoo & soap; however, towels are provided. For folks used to luxury, it may seem a bit spare but, seriously, it's got everything you actually need and I thought it was nice. Only one thing: no plug for bathtub. So I bought one at Target and then didn't get around to using it, LOL. No worries; I needed a better one at home, anyway.

Could use some updating

Friendly woman receptionist. No breakfast. Graffiti on the walls in the room. Plastic cover over the mattress crinkles with every move. Bathtub missing plug, no point of a tub then.
