Holiday Inn Express Pensacola West - Navy Base by IHG

The only reason I chose this property was for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub didn’t work. It had hot water in it but no operating jets. This was disappointing to say the least. The pool was quite dirty with bugs and such. The best part was no one was in either besides us. 3 lounge chairs and maybe 4 others. If you are looking to book just for these 2 amenities I would t suggest it. Our room was great. We had a king room. Only thing missing was a coffee maker but the coffee provided as well as breakfast was great. The front desk did not ask how our stay was or acknowledge the inoperable hot tub which were both disappointing

Mattress was uncomfortable and worn out. Needs replacing. RM 106. Refrigerator was unstable.

The floors were dirty and sticky. The shower didn't look clean. My TV had issues, and they sent a maintenance person on the second day to fix it. I had a staff member, possibly a housekeeper enter our room while we were sleeping. She said she thought she was on the third floor instead of the second... she never knocked. The staff overall were friendly enough, but I needed quarters to use the washing machine and couldn't get them. There was nowhere close by that was open to get them either. There should be another way.

Got in room had a dryer blowin the floor or room. Strong odor of bleach in room. Ask for another room had none so had to stay in the room.shower needs something on the floor too slippery. Would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast Buffett, clean spacious rooms. Staff was friendly

Parking was close to entry and room was clean. Close to base.Staff was polite and friendly.

Nothing The room, the pool, even the elevator was sketchy so we used the stairs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Barley slept while we were there.

Space in room. The hot tub was broken and the pool was dirty. They didn’t have enough breakfast for their guests. They were out of items at 8am.

They did not know how to process an Afterpay payment, the blankets on one bed were dirty, the guy change our room, only to a worse room, the other room looked like it hadn't been cleaned after a couple had a nice weekend of Valentines, we had to go to the original room, he gave us new blankets, we were exhausted from an 8hr drive, to see our son in the bear military base, they still didn't fix the payment issue, they were to refund us half, and didn't, they just refunded the deposit. Will not stay here again sadly.

I was double billed. The food was horrible. Getting to talk to any IGH customer swrvice is a nightmare

Hotel was fine other than my car getting broken in to. The hotel manager still has not called me back - they found some of my belongings and asked me to pay for shipping to get those back. What a joke.

Exceptional

Took sm time to see anyone at front desk upon arrival. Had to call out loudly twice. Bathtub is rusting. Rm keys wrkd when they wanted to, tho repeatedly redone and chngd at front desk. Elevator down button smtms wrkd from 2nd floor. Bed softer than my preference of a more firm mattress. Overall good I guess.
